Data deletion request

What gets deleted

When you submit a verified data deletion request, we permanently remove the following from our systems:

• Your account profile (name, phone number, email)
• Linked vehicle profiles and QR sticker set associations
• Your emergency contact list and any links to other users' accounts as an emergency contact
• Scan history, location shares, and photos submitted through the scan page tied to your vehicle
• Device push notification tokens (FCM) associated with your account

What may be retained

Some limited data may be retained for a short period where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal/regulatory obligations (for example, order and payment records tied to a purchase). This is retained only as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes

We verify each request using your registered email and phone number to prevent unauthorized deletion of someone else's account. Once verified, deletion is completed within 7–14 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.

Before you submit

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you're an emergency contact linked to someone else's vehicle, deleting your account will also remove you from their emergency contact list — consider letting them know beforehand.
