1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing a Safety1stQR sticker kit, creating an account, or using the Safety1stQR app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the product or service.

2. What Safety1stQR provides

Safety1stQR provides physical QR stickers for vehicles, a mobile app for vehicle owners and their emergency contacts, and a public web page that opens when a sticker is scanned. The service is designed to help a bystander alert a vehicle owner's pre-saved emergency contacts during a roadside incident.

3. Not an emergency service

Safety1stQR is a communication and alerting tool. It is not a substitute for calling official emergency services (such as police, ambulance, or fire services) where available. In a serious emergency, always contact local emergency services first.

4. Account & registration

• Vehicle owners must register using a valid phone number verified via OTP.
• You are responsible for keeping your emergency contact list accurate and up to date.
• One QR sticker set is intended for linking to a single vehicle profile at a time.

5. Sticker use & ownership

• QR stickers remain functional as long as they are legible and correctly affixed to the vehicle.
• Tampering with, duplicating, or reselling QR codes without authorization is not permitted.
• If a vehicle is sold, the owner should unlink or re-link the QR set to avoid alerts being routed incorrectly.

6. Masked calling

Calls placed through the scan page are routed through a masked number provided by our telephony partner. Standard call charges from your mobile carrier may apply. We do not guarantee call connectivity in areas with poor network coverage.

7. Limitation of liability

Safe Orbit Technologies makes reasonable efforts to ensure alerts and calls are delivered quickly and reliably, but cannot guarantee delivery in every circumstance (including network outages, device settings, or third-party service disruptions). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe Orbit Technologies is not liable for outcomes resulting from delayed or failed alerts.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Safety1stQR to submit false alerts, harass emergency contacts, or misuse the scan page, location sharing, or photo upload features for purposes unrelated to genuine roadside assistance.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
